Good news for Mac developers as submissions of apps for Mac OS X Lion have opened up. But you must be a Mac developer and that requires a $99/year fee. That clarifies why Apple Store employees will work overnight July 13th

Also developers must be tested on both Mac OS X Lion GM seed and Xcode 4.1.

Mac OS X Lion is expected to be released very soon, And Remember that it will be available for your Mac machine, via Mac App Store.
