iOS 5 Beta 4 has been seeded to developers on iOS Dev Center For iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G, 3G, iPad 2, 1 and Apple TV 2G. Just as expected the release came before August 18th which is the expiration date of the Beta 3.
