We posted a while ago about an Apple iPad 3 which is headed into production. And to launch in March 2012, but a report published earlier today by DigiTimes claims that Apple will be releasing two iPads next year. The two models are presumably different.
The first iPad is dubbed “iPad 2S†and it`s an upgrade from the earlier model iPad 2 featuring a faster processor, a slimmer design, and a longer battery life and is expected to launch in March 2012.
While the new iPad will be called iPad3 and it will be powered by an Apple A6 chip as well as a 2084×1536 Retina Display and will presumably launch in Q3 2012.
Apple being the secretive company that it is, we can`t tell if any of these rumors are true. So, we are advising you to take this report with a grain of salt so as not to repeat the iPhone 4S-iPhone 5 disappointment after Apple`s last media event.
