The war between Samsung and Apple has been going on for ages and it obviously reached the point of absurdity.Apple has recently won a battle against Samsung banning it from cloning the iPad design.
Apple`s lawyers have provided some specs that they think Samsung should follow.
Shapes that are not rectangular with four flat sides or that do not have four rounded corners.
• Front surfaces that are not completely flat or clear and that have substantial adornment.
• Thick frames rather than a thin rim around the front surface.
• Profiles that are not thin relative to [Apple patent D’889] or that have a cluttered appearance.
These specs are downright ridiculous on every level.Instead of just laying blocks in Samsung`s face,they could have simply requested that Samsung designs a tablet that can be easily differentiated.
