The Corona untethered jailbreak Cydia package came with a number of issues like the Launchctl error which was then fixed by the Chronic Dev Team releasing an update. There has been, however, another issue with the iBooks app displaying an error message at launch which many users experienced after jailbreaking untethered their A4 devices.
We showed you a workaround to fix it until an official fix is released. Jay Freeman known as Saurik tweeted today about an updated version of Corona, verison 1.0.5 bringing fixes for the iBooks problem as well as the Launchctl error.
So, if you installed Corona from Cydia, just launch and install the update when prompted, but if you jailbroke using RedSnow, you will need to go to Cydia and install Corona from there.
