The day we have been waiting for is almost here. Pod2g is actively working on iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak and obviously making fast progress. A couple of days ago, he tweeted that he found two major vulnerabilities, one kernel land and one root land.
Apparently things are moving smoothly with pod2g that he brought great news today on his Twitter account saying that he managed to untether jailbreak his iPhone 4 on iOS 5.1.
“Heya !My iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1 is now untetheredâ€.
As awesome a piece of news as this is, we still have no clue as to an ETA for an arrival date. It could be very soon or it may take some time, but we are optimistic and hopeful with the progress the jailbreak community is making.
It`s great to stay in the loop and to know that we are moving closer and closer to an end jailbreak tool that will literally bring you the good stuff.
