Apple A6 Die Revealed: 3-core GPU, < 100mm^2

UBM TechInsight has revealed the first diffusion images of Apple’s latest A6 SoC. Although we do have confirmation about a lot of things but it is too early to get into every detail. The image shows two 32-bit LPDDR2 memory channels and three GPU cores, which is most likely to be a Power VR SGX543MP3 @266MHz.

According to UBM the size of the die is approximately 95.04mm². More details of the processor will be posted shortly.
