Back in June,  a U.S. court judge granted Apple a preliminary injunction banning the U.S. sales of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Google’s flagship device for Android 4.0 “Ice Cream Sandwich”.
Samsung appeal to put the injunction on hold until the full trial was also rejected by a U.S. District Court judge Lucy Koh in July. She ruled on the grounds that Apple would suffer “irreparable harm” if a ban wasn’t put in place..
