He also made a tweet saying that the A7 chip is 31 percent faster than the A6 chip and mentioned motion sensing as well:
Sources are telling me the new iPhone’s A7 chip is running at about 31% faster than A6. I’m hearing it’s very fast.

For what it’s worth, Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac has learned that 64-bit has been in testing.
We’re told that the 64-bit processing will make animations, transparencies, and other iOS 7 graphical effects appear much more smoothly than on existing iOS Devices.
Gurman also says that iPhone 5S owners will be able to authenticate themselves by holding down the Home button to use the fingerprint reading:

Gurman also states that the budget iPhone or iPhone 5C will be a iPhone 5 with a plastic shell.
iPhone 5C will contain repacked internals into a plastic and is expected to be priced at $400 to $500 according to Ming-Chi Kuo. This makes sense as the handset can be offered at lesser prices in a polycarbonate plastic compared to the aluminum unibody design.
