9to5Mac states that the new Apple support pages are promoting the non-stop live chat support, which gives any customer to chat with a live representative on a web interface that’s iOS friendly. The web chat feature was previously present, but the live agent couldn’t be accessed at any time. Furthermore, the feature was suppressed and not easily visible to the naked eye.

Apple also started repairing faulty devices in June and has recently started offering screen replacements at $149 for iPhone 5.
In the end, the September 10 launch of next-gen iPhones is expected to be followed by AppleCare policy changes, and it will be a subscription model rather than the one time payment. Things are looking good.
