Among the tech-giants in the U.S., Apple’s entire team starting to the CEO to the lowest position has set an example on how to achieve success. The CEO of the company Tim Cook lately sent out an internal memo reflecting the achievements in 2013 and what they plan to do in the year ahead.

Tim’s letter starts by telling employees who they’ve touched the lives of millions.

This holiday season, tens of millions of people around the world, from all walks of life, are experiencing Apple products for the first time. Those moments of surprise and delight are magical, and they’re all made possible by your hard work. As many of us prepare to celebrate the holidays with our loved ones, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved together over the past year.

Then he goes on to mention the milestones, the iOS 7 and the Mac Pro assembled in U.S. being a proud moment for the company. There is also the mention of OS X Mavericks being released as a free upgrade, iLife available for free, the lightest iPad in the world, iPad mini retina and 50 billion App Store downloads.

The letter also sheds light on corporate initiatives for 2014, and the charitable approaches by the company, and what is expected in 2014 (what customers are going to love).

This letter coming from the CEO directly is going to encourage the employees for sure. Indeed, Apple is transforming lives of consumers.
