I Have removed many Cydia system tweaks when I was trying to restore my device,by going to Cydia the packages then taping on “Expert” on the right top…. and while the cydia started removing the tweaks, iphone crashed and now Im having the Apple BOOT LOOP.

Details on my iPhone:
iPhone 4s IOS 7.0.4 jailbreak using evasion7.

Is there any way to restore my iPhone and to stay on ios 7.0.4 ?
