Dropbox launches new Carousel app to manage your photos and videos

Photo management still isn’t as perfect as we’d like it to be on iOS. iCloud’s Photostream is good, but is limited in many ways. Cloud storage and syncing service Dropbox today announced a new iOS and Android photo gallery app called Carousel to fill this void.
