Hipstamatic, the company that pioneered square photos even before Instagram became famous for them, has just released a new video app called Cinamatic to take on Instagram and Twitter’s Vine app.
With Cinamatic, it hopes to bring some of the original Hipstamatic experience to videos, by allows users to shoot multiple 3 to 15 second videos in square format, which are stitched together to create a short film.
