Apple using Bing for Spotlight search in OS X Yosemite and iOS 8

We know that Apple and Google aren’t exactly the best of friends. But despite their professional rivalry, Apple has been obliged to use Google Search for the Spotlight feature on OS X and iOS respectively. But during yesterday’s WWDC event, Apple announced that it’s shifting to Bing Search for OS X Yosemite and iOS 8.
