FCC responds to Verizon’s plans to throttle some customers with strongly-worded letter

On July 27, it became known that Verizon would begin throttling some customers that still found themselves on unlimited data plans. The FCC Chairman has chimed in with his own thoughts on the matter, making his concerns quite clear.
