U.S. Department of Transportation another step closer to banning in-flight cellphone calls

At the end of 2013, there was word that the Department of Transportation, and the airlines themselves, were trying to determine whether or not making a phone call during a flight would be a good idea or not. Now, several months later, it looks like they’re nearing an answer.
