Sony unveils the SmartBand Talk, a wearable that tracks your life and features a mic and speakers

Apple tends to stay away from the major conventions these days, so when an event like IFA is going on in Berlin, Germany, it’s a better outlet to see what the competition is up to, especially so close to one of Apple’s major media events. Sony had quite the show, as did Samsung, but one of the main takeaways is a new smart wearable the company introduced in the SmartBand Talk.
