Ferrari FF among first CarPlay-equipped vehicles to hit the market

The first vehicles equipped with Apple’s new CarPlay system are hitting the road, but you will have to fork over a pretty penny to get your hands on one. Ferrari announced on Monday that it has shipped the first Ferrari FF, which sells for upwards of $300,000, to an Italian client with Apple’s CarPlay functionality in tow.
