Apple secured first place on the American Customer Satisfaction Index in the category of personal computers, which accounts for both notebooks and tablets, maintaining the top customer satisfaction position in PCs for more than a decade. However, the Cupertino-based company saw its lead drop by three points as competitors begin to close the gap.
