It has not been the best week for AT&T by any stretch of the imagination. Just days after warning customers about an internal data breach that compromised Social Security and driver’s license numbers of customers, the U.S.’s second-largest carrier has agreed to pay a $105 million settlement for placing extra charges on customers’ phone bills.
