You can set a specific gesture for the tweak via the Activator to view the battery HUD whenever you want.
Predix adds a new preference pane to the stock Settings app where you can configure it. From there, you can enable or disable the tweak via the kill switch toggle, set an Activator gesture that will invoke the tweak as well as enable or disable the battery percentage on the HUD.
Beside all of this, you will be able to change the HUD background color as well as the label color.Personally, I’m fond of the translucent theme which gives a native look to it.
To put the tweak into better use, you can have the battery HUD pop-up automatically on your screen when your battery goes below a certain threshold such as 5% or 10%. This can be done from the More section of Activator. To be more precise, go to Activator -> Anywhere, tap on the ‘More’ button and choose ‘Battery Drains’ to choose the battery level.
If you are interested in Perdix, you can purchase it from Cydia store for $1.49 via BigBoss repo.. The tweak supports iOS 7 and iOS 8.
