Apple, Google and others settle with employees over anti-poaching lawsuit

Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe have agreed to enter into a settlement to resolve an antitrust class action lawsuit filed against them by tech workers in 2011. The lawsuit accused Apple, Google and others of entering an agreement where they accepted not to poach each other’s employees. By doing this, these companies restricted the mobility and any potential increase in salary of the employees.
