Apple to ban accessory makers who design cases for the iPhone and iPad based on rumors and leaks

Just before the launch of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus in fall 2014, Apple demanded that all leading case and accessory makers for its devices sign an agreement that prevents them from creating cases and covers for upcoming Apple devices based on leaks and rumors.
