Transition is a upcoming tweak that will animate the unlocking of your device

On twitter last week I asked for a tweak that would add an animation when I unlocked my device. Little did I know that there was already a tweak in development by @him_jbg to do just that. That tweak is called Transition and it will make unlocking your device a more customized experience.
