App Store seems to be down again; users getting ‘Service unavailable’ error

Many Mac and iOS users on Twitter are reporting that they are unable to access the app stores. The Mac App Store is throwing up ‘Internal Server Error – Read’ errors, while the iOS App Store is throwing up a ‘Service Unavailable’ error.
