Apparently, the bitter-sweet rivalry between Google’s Android mobile operating system and Apple’s iOS has reached an all time low, or rather, is down in the drain. Google’s Android mascot has been caught secretly peeing on Apple, that too on the company’s popular map service.
It is perhaps the cheekiest Google joke to date, and it’s rather surprising that the search giant would allow something like this to go public. It will almost certainly be removed now that it has been found, but for now, you can see it here in Google Maps on the web and on mobile.
The image appears only when looking at the traditional map view, so if you’re checking out the satellite imagery, you won’t find it.
