Cydia 1.1.23 update allows you to downgrade packages and discover tweaks for your installed apps

Saurik has been busy lately updating Cydia to provide a better user experience. Cydia 1.1.19 was a major upgrade made to Cydia making it run as mobile rather than root. A few more updates were followed to fix all the known bugs in the app.
