SpotlightBeGone: Jailbreak tweaks lets you disable Spotlight in iOS 9

There are two ways in which you can view Spotlight in iOS 9. The first one is the normal method available on older versions where you can simply swipe down the Home screen to view Spotlight. The second one involves swiping the Home screen to the right when you’re on the first Home screen.
