U.S. Supreme Court Will Hear Samsung’s Appeal in $548 Million Patent Settlement Dispute October 11

The Supreme Court will be hearing Samsung’s appeal in the never ending legal battle between the Korean company and Apple for a $548 million patent dispute settlement, which the former has been ordered to pay. As per the October 2016 term of the court, the hearing will take place on October 11, 2016.
