Chewitt repo not working iOS 9.3.3 for messages customizer

Why isn’t the chewitt.me/repo/ not working. I downloaded it but there’s no tweaks on it and the messages customizer isn’t there and I really want messages customizer to work on my iOS 9.3.3 so I really wanna know.
