Lightning EarPods Remote and Lightning-To-3.5mm Adapter Stop Working for iPhone 7 Owners; Apple Working on a Fix

iPhone 7 owners have been reporting that the Lightning-to-3.5mm adapter and the remote of the Lightning EarPods will intermittently stop working after 5 mins of inactivity when it is plugged into the phone. To resume music playback using the remote, users are then forced to reconnect the adapter or the EarPods to the phone. Apple has acknowledged the issue and is currently working on a fix for it.
