Apple May Still Be Working On a Self-Driving Car

In a letter submitted to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration last week, Apple expresses its interest in testing self-driving cars. Written by Apple’s director of product integrity Steve Kenner, Apple says in the letter that “new entrants” to the automotive market should have the same opportunity as other “established manufacturers.”
