Check out this video that shows off casings for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in ‘Jet White’. The video was posted on YouTube channel by the well known leaker Sonny Dickson. The rear casing are very likely third party replacement housings for the iPhone 6/6s/7. You can buy them on AliExpress.
