It is on IOS 8.1.2 and is Jailbroken. I powered it on and It went right into recovery mode so I plugged it into iTunes and a message pops up that says “There is a problem with the iPad that requires it to be updated or restored.” I downloaded the latest version of IOS and held down the option key on my keyboard and clicked “restore” and selected the IPSW and then when it attempts to restore I eventually get a pop up that says “The iPad cold not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).”
*I did also try to put the iPad into DFU mode and restore but no luck.
