Apple’s 10th-anniversary edition iPhone 8 has been one of the most rumored devices at this point, and it is not even slowing down. Expect the iPhone8 rumors mill to pick up steam after Apple’s upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference next week. A new report from iDropNews claims to reveal the actual dimension of the iPhone 8and compares it with its predecessors and the arch-rival.
The report from iDropNews says that they have obtained the iPhone 8’s size specification from Benjamin Geskin. The report claims that these dimensional measurements come straight from a factory worker who is familiar with the iPhone 8 related details. The size specifications provided by the report suggest that the iPhone 8 is going to be bigger than the current iPhone 7 in every way. The iPhone 8 shown in the photo measures at 143.59 x 70.94 x 7.57 mm while the iPhone 7 is measured in at 138.3 x 67.1 x 7.1 mm.
The renders clearly show what Ming-Chi Kuo has stated months ago that the iPhoe 8 will be slightly larger than the iPhone 7, bu the iPhone 8 will indeed have a bigger presence. And just to add a little bit of fun to story, the publication has also posted a photo comparing the iPhone 8 with Samsung’s latest Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ flagship devices.
Share your thoughts on the design shown in this iPhone 8 leak, if it really turns out to be the final one.
