As the final version of iOS 11 is scheduled to be released to the general public this fall, Apple continues pushing beta releases of iOS 11 for iPhone, iPad, and the iPod Touch. Apple has now seeded iOS 11 beta 5 to the registered iOS developers and the members of Apple Developer Program.

The iOS 11 beta 5 is currently available to developers only. The Public beta testers will have to wait for another day or two. The fifth beta carries a build number 15A5341f.

If you’re a registered Apple developer and have a device already running a previous beta version of iOS 11, you can easily upgrade to iOS 11 beta 5 over the air by going to Settings > General > Software Update. If you are not running an iOS 11 beta version, all you need is to install Configuration profile provided to you by Apple on its Dev Center.

Apple originally introduced iOS 11 during its annual Worldwide Developer Conference in June. Just like any other major iOS update, the iOS 11 comes packed with a gigantic list of new features, improvements, interface changes and other improvements.

Highlights of these new iOS 11 features include customizable Control Center, an all-new multitasking on iPad with drag and drop and interactive Dock, redesigned App Store, an all-new Files app, new Siri capabilities, AirPlay 2 with multi-room audio, and much more.

If you’re neither a developer nor a public beta tester but still want to try iOS 11, you should check our guide on how to install iOS 11 beta 4 without a developer account. The process does not even require a computer.
