The Facebook app on iOS now comes with the ability to take 360-degree pictures by default. This feature has been supported by Facebook for about a year now, but required users to take a panoramic image from their smartphone or camera of choice and then upload it onto the app. This new feature is going live for iOS and Android users today in the form of an app update.
