Apple has released the fifth beta of iOS 11.1 to the registered iOS developers. The beta 5 comes only after a few days of the availability of iOS 11.1 beta 4 and about a month after the release iOS 11 to the general public.

With iOS 11.1 final release, iPhone and iPad users are going to get hundreds of new Unicode 10 emojis. These new emoji characters include exploding head, face vomiting, crazy face, pie, pretzel, shushing face, Zebra, Giraffe,] and more. Some existing emojis have also seen small design changes in iOS 11.1, including snail, bee, whale, and dolphin characters. These design changes have made these characters more realistic and improved version of their previous ones.
iOS 11.1 also brings back 3D Touch gesture for multitasking and also fixes a Reachability related bug. With the return of 3D Touch gesture, the iOS 11.1 iPhone users will be able to 3D Touch of the left side of the screen to activate multitasking.
Though not available in any current public/developer beta, the iOS 11.1 final update may include Apple Pay Cash feature, which is currently in limited beta testing phase conducted by Apple employees under a special beta release program.
