Snap CEO: Criticism for Redesigned Snapchat App ‘Validates’ Design Changes

Snapchat has received some heavy criticism from its users ever since it has rolled out a revamped interface for its app. The older iteration of the app was already confusing to use but the new ones take things to another level. Snapchat had hoped that the revamped app would help it attract new users but that plan seems to have backfired heavily.
