Google’s Advanced Protection Now Works with Native iPhone Apps

Last year, Google launched Advanced Protection Program (APP) which offered a highly secure login process for users who were at risk of online attacks. The protection program prevented fraudulent access to one’s account, phishing, and more. Once enabled, users would have to use Security Key — either in the form of a small USB or wireless device — to log into their account. The biggest drawback with APP is that it does not work with third-party apps, including the native mail and calendar app in iOS.
