MultiStorey Adds Another Row To Your App Switcher

MultiStorey is a new tweak in Cydia which gives you the ability to have a double row of applications in your switcher. This is exceptionally useful because it allows for, on the iPhone, 8 apps to be viewed in the switcher at once – which makes for a better multi-tasking experience. As you can see
