A lot of weeks passed without hearing any word from Apple about the fourth beta for iOS 7.. As most of you know Apple had to delay the release of iOS 7b4 as the developers center was down for a few weeks.. But today it looks like that the download links of iOS 7 Beta 4 are already up ahead of official release on the Dev Center.
While the links are up, they don’t appear to be active for download just yet.

The build number of the fourth beta is 11a4435d and if all goes well, should be available for download later today.
