iPhone 5S is going to make way on September 10th, and one of the most anticipated features of the device is the built in fingerprint scanner. We haven’t heard much about it so far, expect Mark Gurman’s comments on how it’s going to work on the upcoming device.

As for the pictures, none of been showcased so far until now. We recently covered Ciccarese Design’s Federico Ceccarese who made the awesome concept for the iWatch. The same designer has now come out with the design of the fingerprint scanner. Looks like there’s no stopping Ciccarese from making out renders of the features slated in the upcoming iPhone 5S. They’re a good breeding ground to image how the handset will look:

As evident from the pictures, he has added a big chamfer on the front. The screen of the concept iPhone is curved, which isn’t likely to happen with the 5S, and the Home button is replaced by the fingerprint sensor. The colors that have been included are While & Silver, and Black & Slate. It’s a bummer that he didn’t make a gold iPhone 5S rendering, with the color being confirmed by several authority sources.

The video elaborates the design details, the concept sketch and renderings in general.

The concept is beautiful, apart from the curved display which isn’t going to happen and isn’t convenient to sweep anyways. This may be his last rendering before the iPhone 5S comes out.

What do you think? Do you like the concept?
