As time goes by, Apple releasing two new iPhones is most likely to be a reality. A 4.7 inch model and a 5.5-inch model of the iPhone 6 have been heard so far. Bigger pixel density, display, increased real estate, the whole nine yards – everything is expected to be larger.

A 4.7 inch iPhone 6 dummy has been lately mocked up to provide an indication of what iOS may look like on the expected device; its running side by side the iPhone 5s.

Dom Esposito from 9to5Mac has done a little editing to show what the iOS may appear like when blown up on a potentially sharper and larger display, and even though it’s only a mockup, it serves well as a potential glimpse of the iPhone 6 running iOS.

A previous report said that the new iPhones will be given a 960*1704 resolution, which will offer 416 ppi on the 4.7-inch iPhone model. The larger model however will offer only 356 ppi if the reports turn out to be turn out, but it is still ahead of the current iPhone 5s offering.

However, it is believed that UI elements and apps won’t be adjusted dramatically for the larger display. For example, with the iPad version of iOS, most apps are shuffled and are more comfortable for navigation than on the small screen. An iPad overhaul is unlikely for now, though.

Therefore this mockup can be on the target. Check this video:

Apart from a larger display, the iPhone 6 will have a better camera, an improved A8 chip, and the iOS 8. Stay tuned for more.
