Volkswagen in talks with Apple to add CarPlay to its 2016 vehicles

As the smartphone, tablet and notebook markets become increasingly saturated, Apple has turned its sights to other product categories to remain innovative. CarPlay is the iPhone maker’s efforts at bringing iOS to the car, and a new report suggests that the platform could be coming to future Volkswagen vehicles.
