Apple in close battle for smartphone supremacy in China

The latest numbers from Counterpoint Technology Market Research reveal that Apple is in a close three-horse race with Samsung and Coolpad for smartphone market share in China. Coolpad led the Chinese market with an 18% share of LTE smartphones in China during the second quarter, trailed by Samsung at 17% and Apple at 16%.
