The name of the tweak says it all, the tweak allows you to customize the color of your keyboard and add a new spice to it. It provides an endless combination of colors allowing you to change the stock iOS keyboard color to whatever you want. However, the tweak is not capable of automatically changing the color of the keyboard to the dominant color of the app icon.
With that said, after you install the tweak, a standalone app will be added to your Home screen dedicated to ColorY0urBoard8. From there, you can choose a custom color of your choice and apply it to the stock keyboard right away. Make sure to enable the tweak by tapping on the ‘TurnOn’ button in the top left corner of the interface.
NOTE: Unfortunately the tweak doesn’t support third-party keyboards which means they cannot be colorized.. However, the tweak works so great with the stock iOS keyboard and if you are looking for any tweak to change the look of your iPhone’s keyboard, then I highly recommend trying ColorY0urBoard8.
It supports both iOS 7 and iOS 8 devices and is available on Cydia’s BigBoss repo for $1.99. If you’re an old user, you can purchase it for $0.99 instead.
