AT&T announces new Rollover Data initiative to counter T-Mobile

Way back when, when people actually used their phones to make phone calls more than anything else, AT&T had “Rollover Minutes,” which allowed subscribers to roll over any unused minutes into the next billing cycle. Basically, giving them more minutes than the plan itself outlines.
