Appeals court affirms Samsung violated Apple’s design and utility patents, but not trade dress

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has asserted that Samsung indeed infringed on Apple’s design and utility patents, but did not infringe the trade dress of the iPhone since it cannot be protected either ways.
